Sir aap na couplers ki cost kam li hi only 1000 because uss ma (coupler ki cost + after cutting & bending threading + cap for covering the thread + skilled labour for coupler)

Very Good Point noticed by you, let me explain if you calculate the lap length cost and compare to couplers it will meet within same cost. For example 25mm dia lap length 50 x 25 = 1250mm x 3.83 = 4.78 kg x 50 = 240 Rs., which is equivalent to same coupler cost including thread cutting. I want viewers like you. Who are really keen to learn costing

Sir mostly we are using couplers more 25mm dia like 32mm or 40mm and couplers recommended only few consultant not for everyone and also mega projects and we should knows how to use couplers which bar provide coupler and which bar only thread sir actually this is totally different subject and most important thing theoretical we knows only couplers but practically is totally different. Sir I have very good experience about couplers and also i will send you some shop drawings for using the couplers this shop drawings Abu Dhabi Air Port project 7 years before i was working this project.
