Rather Be - Clean Bandit X Amphibia Intro Mashup

Follow the Journey of Amphibia from its earliest moments to where it stands today with this song mashup.
To give a bit of history I came up with this mashup idea about a month or so before I even saw the pilot for Amphibia. But when my brother showed me it with the song "Rather Be" playing in the background I knew IMMEDIATELY that I had to come full swing with this idea.
Having a new laptop now with brand new editing software really does set this apart from my other projects. This mashup took me almost 3 months to complete. Technically 5 if you count coming up with the idea in the first place, how I wanted to do the video, and the little trailer I made for it on my TikTok acc. all while balancing my responsibilities during the summer. Anyways I hope you like it!

I find it bittersweet that people are finding this video now that the show has officially ended. I am so happy that some of you guys have found this little corner of the internet where you can find comfort despite the pain of letting something so beloved by many go. I myself have been crying so hard since me and my brother sat down to watch the finale. With us both still struggling to process its end. With all honesty, the finale completely surpassed my expectations. I have been saying that as sad as I am to see it go, I am also glad to watch it depart. Because it was so well done and beautiful. It absolutely tore my emotions into shreds and did just about everything right. With that being said, if anyone needs a safe place to come to, I am here and I am active. I know this video is from last year, but there is more Amphibia related content I am planning on lending this channel. My plans is to do a song mashup in honor of Marcy & Sasha specifically. With a few funny videos to come in between/first potentially. I am just coming off of finals and will be entering my summer break (yayyy). It is just a lot of diving into the show, finding soundtracks, editing, etc. Love you guys sm! Take care!

Yeah I just found this today and it's amazing! Amphibia truly is a special show and definitely ranks among the best Disney animated series (and just animated series in general). I'm actually working on putting together a fan meetup for the finale's one year anniversary on Sunday, May 14, 2023 in front of the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA. The idea is we'd all gather outside to talk about our favorite moments and memories from the show, and maybe do a group karaoke of the theme song and No Big Deal and a group photo, then all go inside the aquarium together to explore and visit the amphibian exhibit. So far I've just been spreading the word to see how many people would be interested. I've made a Facebook event for it, and maybe I'll do more as May 2023 gets closer. fb.me/e/3atJf69cA

@@goldenstudiofilms they likely only chose the song to give a sort of “proof of concept” for the feeling of the show. Regardless of copyright they were probably going to make an original theme for the show but they didn’t have the resources at the time for an original theme.
