Hello mam, Let us assume a case that If a couple has given birth to a child in India in 2000. In 2004 they have shifted to abroad and have aquired foreign domicile, now assume it is 2010 what is status of child's domicile.Is the child still possess India domicile or not?? Because mam you said that minor legitimate child possess his father's domicile.

Until age of 18 child has similar domicile as of the father after 18 he has option to choose by himself

After abolition of article 370 the HMA,1955 is applicable to whole of India.

If after marriages couple shifts to other country n get domicile for that country then And if they are domicile of other country and marriage carried out with Hindu rituals and they both are Indian Nationals Still it won't apply on the basis of domicile If is it so then rights of bride gets in conflict
