I am in all likelihood not sending my kid (with a 3.9+ high school gpa) here even though this will be in state for us, because of the difficulty getting into the good majors, and the grade deflation (with forced Ds and Fs) even when you do. It's bad enough that a 50000 plus dollar education merits instruction by teaching assistants and adjuncts. But now these universities are crushing the dreams of young people after taking in these dollars. And for the record, it isn't just this person bringing this issue to my attention. Several other videos on youtube from several other students, as well as social media posts point to the same thing.
