The Ayla you looked at was Kaleido, not Brilliance. Speaking of, if you want to be sure that the unit you're looking at is correct in the future, look at their weapons. On grayravens, if you click on a unit, you can see what they're using and usually the weapon changes between frames.

*This would be too much commenting by me ngl*: 0:11 That's Ayla's S-rank frame you were supposed to see her A-rank frame which is less crazy 14:32 That wasn't a shield, it was her thruster she can use it to fly and burst ice and that fight was from the story, so I guess she was holding back because it's part of lore😅. But her actual gameplay you can use her thrusters more often and also she has an ult which you didn't see 17:59 She's just an A-rank (Healer) btw 21:33 29:33 these ones are 'uns' they are different kinds of constructs they actually have more moves set which is 'counter' and 'execution' but you can only trigger those to certain types of enemies, unfortunately not on those ones 23:23 she has a 'leap skill' which she plunges her weapon after her ult

be aware that not all ULTIMATE deals damage, some are just buffs or changes their attack/skills/weapons

Lol and the first character already travelled through time and released two years earlier xD And yeah, Sophia is definitely primarily a healer character and not an especially good one xD Her ult heals and even that only with a delay, so yeah, not much to see there.
