3:05 I'm from Russia And I'd like to says that this cosmetic is *really russian* It's literally based on stereotypical russian marine look, with telnyashka (тельняшка). Also word watnik is used in association with over-patriotic russians (and stereotypical russian marine is drunk patriotic warrior who creams: "TAGIIL!" before doing something wacky) so that cosmetic is one of the most "russian-like" in that list.
