For me, personally, Top 1 panel ever is God revealing himself to Homeless Emperor in OPM. The entire idea of panels going from black/white style to color is insane And it was drew so beautifully, with flowers petals and everything. Peak.

I do understand your reasons,but even without background or shadings,just the character alone (Ichigo hollow mask pannel),it is almost an amazing tier But I will not be biased that much and I would say that character design alone wouldn't put it on more than good-low amazing,since as you said there is not much,so it's not bs to put it in meh. But the character design is not simply cool,but really well done. If I have to be honest,among the Bleach ones,it was the best. I agree with the meh position for Ulquiorra,it's just that,consodering the other Bleach pannels positions,this one should be higher Btw, I think you should only judge the design of the panel,without the meaning behind (like Vigilant Deku,which is amazing to me,but not peak unlike shigaraki) That being said,you weren't really biased and most impotantly,you were fair and respectful,not against something in particular. So you honestly deserve all the praises
