To not shrink - turn inside out and when finished air dry✅ (what I do) To shrink - don’t turn inside out and put in dryer to to dry (I’ve never done it but people say that’s how to shrink it. BUT, the tumble dryer can make the Nike logo crumple off sooooo🤷‍♂️) I wouldn’t recommend👍
