Basically, Huge Gigantacus drove Meteor Z (environment) into the ground, and find Hollow Earth. Beta Carotina finds out and she chases him through it. I haven’t seen anyone comment this so I will, The Peconalith text is a reference to (my favourite) movie “2001: A Space Odyssey” In which multiple monoliths (see where they get peconolthis form) appear at different stages of human evolution and awaken something new in them, in a sense changing them, as the text says. Pretty cool reference most won’t get. Also not the first time this movie is referenced in PvZ, in gw2 is is also referenced on moon base z. Hollow Earth is an area beneath earth where dinosaur plants and zombies roam free. It was the entire story of Set 3 and 4, as Beta Carrotina and HG found it during a chase or something and Meteor Z has something to do with it too, and that event set free the creatures of Hollow Earth to let loose. I think Hollow Earyh may be a reference to Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs as that has some underground dinosaur world in it, but I dunno. Anyway, yeah, that's what Hollow Earth is. I think it's kinda cool, sets up world building and all that jazz.
