The Last Padawan was really great! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Special effects are really very good, the writing is good, the acting is good. I’m quite saddened that you have only 3% of your goal of 20,000 dollars. You guys really do deserve a lot more views and supporters. Looks like you are doing everything right. Yet, not enough support.....so far.

Well damn! I just watched The Last Padawan, and went to the crowdfunding page for Part 2, and the campaign closed after raising only 3% of their goal. Bummer. The hell of it is, if Disney had just given Jesper a tiny fraction of the budget they blew on the last two insults to the Star Wars tradition, we probably would have gotten much better stories. I remember a special feature where George Lucas was explaining all the digital enhancements they made for the Special Edition of The Empire Strikes Back. He made the comment that “a special effect without a good story is pretty boring”. Too bad that philosophy didn’t carry over into the Disney productions of Episodes 7 and 8.

Disney doesn't allow it unfortunately. You can create anything you want within the star wars universe but you can't make money out of it.
