There is a secret deep within the Jungle of Terraria. A secret that the Dryads will go to any lengths to protect. Any lengths at all.

And then the champion kills planterra making the dungeon dangerous ever than before and causes wars with the pumpkin moon and frost army and then assaults the temple and destroys the golem, causes a war with Martians, summons the old one's army again because they weren't beaten enough I suppose and then kills cultists who are minding their own business only to cause the invasion of lunar pillars and their endless hordes of monsters and then he causes the moon lord to threat terraria all this for cool weapons and armor (accessories too lol) but hey at least he wins everything right? and let's not forget about duke fishron, he minds it's own business but then the champion fools him with some truffle worms only to get killed for the cool weapons and stuff lol

Jack Daugherty To me all the bosses were protectors that waged war with the moon lord because they never *invaded* you -All of the bosses attacked you because you did something you shouldn't -The dungeon seems to be in a strategic position where there is only one direction for the cosmics to attack. - Eye of Cthulu, Duke Fishron, Brain of Cthulu and Eater of Worlds are kinda like alpha species. Their kinda like the evolved version of the creatures so they may be just animals that was tainted by the evil. But that's what I think.

Well, killing plantera IS a decent idea, as it slows the growth of corruption/crimson/hallow. I think plantera has a bit of that essence of purity that the dryad had.
