that kind of footage is like observing the behaviour of a rare animal species in the wild. it's so rare and mystical to me of how they function after so many games. the only time i had seen a player irl was in a netcafe and iron didnt exist so he was b5 with 30% w/r , but that guy was always playing drunk and went afk multiple times inbetween to grab snacks from the cashier. so how does someone end in iron when they try is beyond my understanding.

This is my third season playing and last season I got placed in iron II or smth (s11 I barely played ranked and I was bronze). I played a bit in that shit hole and I was sooooo much better than the average teammate / enemy but I could not climb. Like if you aren't really good it's kinda hard to carry those monkeys and I ended up leveling another account and I hit silver almost immediately and this year I'm gold.

best way to teach low rank as a high rank, is to take it rank by rank. if they're iron, teach them how to play like a copper etc. if you take an iron and start throwing GM macro and ideas their way, it'll just startle and confuse them
