In challenger lulu's winrate seems to be quite a bit higher than nami's. Is this because people can't play nami as well as lulu? Or why does rat say that lulu is useless?

i mean, lulu is considerably more reliable. You don't have to hit a skillshot, everything you have is basically point and click. Like landing Q is good on lulu, not absolutely required.
