@Tomasz Rudnicki chovy did have a great team around him in 2019 (griffin) but he wasn't good enough to win with his passive playstyle. also, it's more realistic to compare rat to magefelix. both were famous because of their soloq, and when magefelix transitioned into pro play he hasn't been doing well, his team placed 2nd last during summer split and he didn't look good either. gala on the other hand won the summer split in his region being the finals mvp as well as winning the international tournament also being the finals mvp. one is just so much better. i think gala looked even better than rekles and every other lcs/lec adc. he has achieved more than all of them at least.
