Randuins+Yas level 18 armor=185 LDR -35% so 185*.65=120 100/100+120=45% So even worse than half Not including randuins -30% crit damage 45% * .7 = .32% So not half, Rat was doing *1/3 rd* of his damage on full crit and with an anti tank item all because Yasuo only had 1 tank item. Nice one Riot

you can get 1.3k bases off if you gets early kills, so it's likely viable on champs like draven which need early kills to win
