I just love how me and Rat had the same Smolder urge, didnt play a single smolder game in my life until like 5 days ago, and I have like 25 games on said champ now just spamming the living hell out of it. Rat, Liandry procs in every skill Smolder has, includin his True DMG Q's passive, and the 6% bonus dmg adds to the Shojin's 12%, the chatter, didnt meant harm, the item is actually good on Smolder :)

This video highlights two important things in league now: 1. Smolder is trash. People always bitch about a new adc and they always get nerfed the ground. Smolder does no dmg, even late game, to the point of killing enemies. 2. ADC in general have no attack item to kill tanks. They took out the original cut down rune, and nerfed bork, and they took the dmg health from lord doms. Tanks are actually broken and adcs have never been in the worst spot. I hope riot can see this but alas, they honestly do not like adcs to be strong ever since they first IE a very long time ago :)

Nothing. You do nothing vs Singed since he's one of the most binary champs in the whole game with no counterplay. He runs at you and flings you. You either die to his DoT or somehow get through his HP stacking before that happens. There's nothing to 'outplay.' He's a relic of a bygotten era and one of the biggest stat sticks left in the modern game.
