Greetings from Whidbey Island, Washington State, USA. To answer your question, I prefer the format you used in this video: show the problem, discuss the solution, and show the finished piece. Showing special operations and unique processes would also be interesting. The bottom line, though, is do what you want. It's your show. Your viewers get the benefit of your knowledge, skills, and out-of-the-box thinking. Thanks for letting us ride along.

As I've gotten older I've discovered the value of pacing myself and taking breaks. At the end of the day, I've accomplished more and I'm in a much better mood LOL. I make fewer mistakes than trying to push through to finish early. Great minds think alike Diff, I like watching you take a break and chatting a bit as much as watching you work.

Dear Diff. You asked and here's my answer: I too get bored if the same is shown over and over again. But I never get bored if it is shown in time lapse mode. I would have loved to see you doing the battery box etc. in time lapse. To me this is definitely better than missing something respectively only see the finished product. Of course sanding and some prep work can be done in an almost faster (formula one) type of time laps. But of course this is only my opinion respectively my personal kind of taste. Best regards, luck and health in particular.

Hit us with whatever Dif. You can fast forward over extended bits that get boring. On old vehicles like renovating an old home, the more you look, the more you find. Good to see some progress on the Renobug! I feel that you have a good balance of showing all of the boring parts without dwelling on them too much. I like seeing all of the steeps involved even if they aren't all exciting, I never liked the shows where it's "do this and this exciting thing" and then suddenly you have a completed car, life doesn't work that way. My Brother from across the Atlantic an a bit Down under ; Diff , I'm not one to EVER say a boring vid on work being done on the RENO Would be Boring. No my Friend , I find it quite pleasant to see you fabricating an coming up with good ideas that Function ! Brother Diff by all means Do record the Boring stuff ( as you call it ) An narrate as it plays along 👍. As I've once stated I've had trouble with my surgified Right knee. Its given me nothing but trouble. I had to have it worked on as it didnt quite work as the designing Surgeons hoped it would .. No not complaing I'm Now a Bionic 65 yr old man thats been given a chance to be pain free from an old injury that always seemed to bring this man's countenance down. Doing better now have had good times watching your channel an look forward to more from it .. I do hope that your doing better after those nasty businesses with the hospital, Doctors , an nastier meds they give that are supposed to help .. Jeez the once Cast Iron Stomach I've previously had has, been reduced to a thin walled bar-b-que type that isnt to happy with the foods I USED to be able to consume before my surgeries.. Yes plural ! Have had 2 for the same knee ! But not all bad .. Things looking up now .. Brings me much joy seeing you go at projects with a happy smile. Now that things are better with this old mans body . I can go back to workimg on my Own Car restoration .. In the begining it wasnt so bad but after all I've neen through , Now have come to appreciate those souls like You Diff That tirelessly go about making it happen. Maybe I'LL take picts of my own to post after alls been done by my hands .. I do need a spot of help for specific parts of the automobile as I ve not worked on glass nor professionally painted before. I did in my youth work in the shipyards an had a real good taste of just about most things building Ships ( Metal of course ) So I've taken some of that knowledge plus my time workimg on cars specializing in rebuilding transmissions to take my own project on to see it through its final completed state Anyhow Brother Do film the project an pull the bits you think that just might be like a bit to much to repeat .. Although speaking for myself , I've had to repeat an Three-peat a job once in a great while so thats not a bad thing at all 😅😅😅 Do take of yourself my friend till the next time 👋👍

Don't be mad at me but I hate to say it but you could do more welding. You still didn't weld in a floor at the front of the "frunk" or front boot. You asked us viewers if you should close it in a long time ago. Leaving it open will just invite water splash, mud, dust, more rust out. If closed it could provide yet another place to stash tools or small items. I think the wifey would like it, too. 🤓🤓 Can't wait to see this done. Dan from Oregon

A good cup of coffee goes a long way my friend! I think that car would look good with the rat rod bob black with silver rubbed over it

Again great ride, thanks for bringing us along - it is never boring. The prep for paint does wear thin quickly but I always liked the actual painting which I did for many years.
