Take a drive to Santa Barbra and see how homeless people live, they keep the place clean and there very thoughtful to leave the premises before working hours. What you have in LA are drug addicts not homeless.

Probably not people say all the time about how right they were raised and don’t actually have shit to show for it. Not a good time to be homeless. What gets me is the fact that I'm looking at this from a different prospective. I'm seeing it as all that time and hard work that was created to make it apart of the city for businesses to grow and thrive in. The sidewalks, the buildings, street lights and everything else. Its truly disgusting what these people have done to the area. They totally trashed it. I bet at one time it was a clean and decent area to do business in. Just terrible! Clearly this is a reflection on what they think of themselves.Be safe!

There's not a day goes by that I'm not grateful for a roof over my head, and clean food in my belly. Thanks for the videos. It's sad to see people's standard lower daily to the point where they probably wonder how did they allow themselves to get here ? It happens slowly, but I know from experience I kept allowing my standards to get lower to the point where as long as I had a POS car to sleep in I was set.

The city is way too large and accountability gets swallowed up in the maze of management and administration. It’s a senseless structure I observed when I to LA in the early 80’s as an art student. For years things were tidier but as housing became less and less affordable and the population continued to grow..things were bound to get worse. Skid Row was a big deal when I was a lot younger I recall my uncle volunteering his services weekly as a cardiologist treating people there. He was fascinated with the diversity of illnesses he treated. He eventually stopped offering his time when the area became more populated with families with young children. He was not a pediatrician his comment. Californians voted more for incarcerating people with three strikes law. This resulted in higher proportion of available funds being allocated to the prison system and less for advanced education and other public needs. Shifting priorities it’s now on every street corner for everyday drive by viewing. Public thoroughfares people’s living spaces turned inside out.
