parts of TELL THE WORLD (esp near the end of the song) are very similar to motleys LOOKS THAT KILL riff,or vice versa ,im not sure which came first off the top of my head. THIS EP and OUT OF THE CELLAR is what RATT really wanted to sound like but after the success of OUT OF THE CELLAR the record company wanted another huge multi-platinum selling record and started steering them into a more pop-ish sound. INVASION OF YOUR PRIVACY was a hit but you could sure tell they were no longer the RATT of their first two releases.

Pug127 hadn't not only warren demartini tried out for dokken before lynch, but juan croucier was with them for a year while in ratt, he had writing credits on breaking the chains. it doesnt show he specifically got credits for that song so maybe there was just inspiration but there still couldve been some help. theres also a song on out of the cellar that uses the same riff, i think its in your direction and maybe even lack of communication, it seems to be way less present in tell the world than on the songs on that album.
