Every song from this album is pure gold, no filler whatsoever...Out Of The Cellar is one of my favorite albums ever recorded and Stephen Pearcy is one of the best vocalists on the planet. His voice is so distinctive, you immediately know who it is the second you hear him. RATT 'N ROLL!!!!!!!!
