Great video, well done! What I believe would be MOST helpful (for future video directions) would be the use of patients more like MY patient population (BMI>30, 35, 40...). I have benefitted from the juxtaposition of the ultrasound image and the real life video. Thank you!

I just had this injection for a nerve block prior to shoulder surgery and within a minute or so my arm was completely numb, after waking my shoulder and arm was numb for around 25 hrs afterwards. I had no pain what so ever. my operation went well and I had great Care at the Day Surgery Center in Winter Haven, Fl.

it wasn't numb in a minute. never happened. completely false. No anesthetic sets up that fast. none. if it was Exparel it takes much much longer to set up and would have lasted easily 2 plus days, my own lasted 52 hours. Buipiv only lasts about max 12 hrs not 25. . Please stop passing false information, I do these blocks daily.

I had this done under general anasthetic. They left a big hole where they were trying to find my nerves. It did work though. Arm numb until that evening.

medical malpractice. No medical insurance company I know of accepts these blocks under general. just for this reason.

and the operator moves.Please keep in mind that nobody should attempt to needle any patient without proper supervision if the ultrasound anatomical knowledge isn't fulfilling a minimum standard.

Your probe is orientated incorrectly. The indicator on the probe should face towards the patients right side therefore giving intuitive control (left is left and right is right).

The video is good, but the musical overlay is terrible. I don't know why so many people use it. Quite distracting and irritating.
