There are 2 sides of the story here. 1. Woods witness Menendez kill and torture his men in front of him and left him in a dump with his men in there. If u were in Woods position, u would lose your shit and u wouldn't care who would be in the way. Obviously yrs later, they discovered he is still alive and the body was his sister and they realised what they done and wish they could take it all back. 2. Menendez is a psycho and a war criminal, kills without hesitation. But like how good people have family, bad people also have family and with Menendez while the CIA knows him as a war criminal, he is also a caring man that loves his sister. His sister had an incident when she was a child and left her burned for life and all Menendez cared off was not war and bullets but protecting his sister. His home gets attacked, they assault his sister and then killed her. After that, to the world he was a war criminal when really, he was a men who wanted vengeance against the people that were responsible for her death and not the C.I.A but America.
