I live in Rwanda ,if you Compare to Rwanda and India , Rwanda you can get everything easily, in the evening if you found your Gas is got finish you can go to buy gas from shop, in India we have to book and wait till they bring, you can buy liquor from almost every place, India you have to buy from Liquor shop only, here ELECTRICITY as you want you recharge like airtime, you can walk alone on the road in the middle of night, women are safe in this country, clean city and very good weather, first of all Rwandan never abuse foreigners. really Rwanda is heaven.
