I purchased this machine about a year and a half ago. The unit literally has 4 buttons to press. I have done almost 400 alignments with no falling heads or complications. I have a very small shop without a drive on lift. I use 4 wheel stands and it takes on average for me to do an alignment about 45 minutes. The local body shops and tire shops use me for their alignments. Best purchase I have made in a long time. It paid for itself in 6 months. I thought I was going to do 2 or 3 alignments a week and take years to pay off. I do 2 or 3 a day some times and am very happy.

Hi, we have the TD2200WS. The PC Board died inside. We took another PC, installed everything, installed the Software. The software works but the left side measure device is not working with the software. I tried and configured the left side in the right side, the system recognises it and works, shows the battery percentage but when I connect the right device to the left side on the software its the same. Bluetooth goes blue in the indication icon, but doesent read the device on the left side. Whats the problem?!

+AAWheelAligners This machine is just not user friendly, there's no teaching bad programming or bad engineering. The wheel clamps on this machine are god awful. There's too much to adjust while holding the wheel clamp onto the wheel and %50 of the time you have to re-adjust the clamp to fit correctly. I have already had heads fall off because the clamp slid off the tire tread. Also it was told to us that the rear heads do not have to be level, that is wrong. If you turn the rear heads up or down when you have the measurements on screen, the measurements change. So they need to be leveled, but there is no indicator to do that. On the programming side of the machine, there is no labels to indicate what buttons do what on the machine. You are basically guessing what buttons do what. It is very hard to cycle backwards in the alignment process. The machine has no win-toe to get the wheel straight during the alignment. I have yet to get a straight wheel after an alignment. The programming is also very slow to respond to adjustments and issues with the head being blocked. I work with 10 other techs and were all very unhappy with this machine. We went from an old hunter that still had cables to attach to each head and got much better results from that machine and also hunters programming is so easy to go through the alignment process. Also hunters wheel clamps are a no brainer to use. This machine has slowed a busy shop down considerably when doing alignments due to its major problems. There is far to much guess work and attention to detail needed on this machine.
