INGREDIENTS FOR SUJI KE LADDU -
Milk -2cups (500ml)
Semolina (Rava) -2cups
Desi ghee-1+3tsp
Almonds (chopped) -2tsp
Pistachio (chopped) -2tsp
Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Coconut powder -2cups
Browse sugar -1cup
Milk - 2cup (500 ml)
Semolina - 2 cup
Desi Ghee - 1+ 3table
spoon Almonds (chopped) - 2 table spoon Pistachios (chopped) - 2 table spoon
RECIPE:
Keep the pan on the flame, put some Ghee & Saffron Strands. Boil it & keep it for cooling down Keep the other pan for heating, grease some Ghee in it & put some Semolina. Roast it well &take it out on a plate. Then put the roasted Semolina in the Lukewarm Milk gradually & then cover it & keep it for 10-15 mins. In the same pan, put some Desiccated Coconut & dry roast it on a slow flame. Then transfer the soaked Semolina Mixture into the pan & roast it on a high flame. Put some Ghee and roast it till it gets dry. After then take out the roasted mixture on a big parat/thali. Add some roasted Desiccated Coconut, finely chopped Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Soaked Pistachio, Cardamom Powder & mix well & keep it for cool down. At last add crushed Rock Sugar/Mishri, cover & keep it for 5 to 7 minutes. Then mix them all & make the Laddoo & garnish with some Pistachio. In this way, Super Delicious Sooji/Rava Laddoo will get ready easily at home.
Tip: If required, you can also add some Ghee or Milk while
