Ravaldino's Secret - Assassin Tomb - Side Quest's - Assassin's Creed 2

The entrance to this tomb is tucked away behind a tower on he other side of the city's water in the west. Jump in the water and swim around to the north end of the tower to find the entrance. Swim to a platform across the water, and use it to climb up to a bigger landing. Wall run up the wall to the north, then jump backwards to some beams to head to the south.
After you pull the lever, make a running jump of the ledge to roll under the falling gate, before it closes in from of you. Drop down to the water in the next area, and dive underwater to swim under the gate to reach the next area. You'll be doing some back and forth wall jumping and climbing to ascend the vertical tunnel. At the top, be ready to assassinate a guard. He'll have his back to the top of the tunnel. There are more guards in this area, so kill them all.
Get to the eastern half of the area, the turn south. Run up the southern wall and jump sideways to a beam. From here, you can jump east into a room with a railing. This overlooks the room you started in. Climb onto the crest of the eastern wall, and jump back to a ledge higher up behind you.
There's a big lever against the wall for you to pull. It triggers the raising and lowering of a couple of gates to the north of you. Once you've pulled it, immediately free run across the beams and past the gates as they raise and lower. IF you're slow, a gate will close in front of you, forcing you to restart this section. There's another identical lever at the north end of the free run, pull it, and run south to the next hall. Jump on the beams to your left, and you can start crawling north. You'll be going along the far eastern wall, and use it's wall mounted crests to reach the next area.
Move towards the stables, killing the enemies in the area. On the east side of the room, just below the waypoint on your map, you can jump onto a wall to the south to continue around the room. You'll be using the beams to reach the balcony to the east.
Climb across the wall to the next ledge. In the following room is a switch to pull, which will open a door (which is high up). This is on a time, so you'll need to quickly cross the room via the ledges and beams to swing jump into the doorway before it closes. You'll find the Seal of Qulan in here.
