Yachad Machmad Every day the person should find a time to connect with the creator in prayer. You should go to a quiet place and talk in your own language with the creator. If you want to praise his so you should. If you want to ask your needs you can. And if or on top of that you want to do tshuva so the steps are short and easy. first you tell the creator the wrong thing you have done. Then you should express your regret. The third step is to apologize or ask for forgiveness. And the last one is to take on himself not to do it agin and if he can’t believe in himself yet that he is strong enough not to do it again do at least he should pray and ask for help from heaven not to fall in the same trap the next time. After doing that if you follow those four steps with true intention and if your prayer was honest you should be sure and confident that your prayer has been excepted and your sin has been forgiven and cleaned.

How do we repair our past? what is the procedure to look in to the past and then correct something?
@RavDror8 жыл бұрын
Hi Victor, just start talking. Start off saying "God, I want to correct the negative parts of my past, please help me fix what you want me to fix, and help remind of what to correct". And then go from there, just start talking about your life with God, openly, and you will see more and more things will come to mind. Some of them your will regret right away, and some of them you will know were apparently wrong but you still don't regret them, and some you won't yet understand how they affected you. So just start talking out loud about everything that you've been through, and try to talk through each situation that happened, talk about it openly with God, fix it if you can, and if not, just acknowledge it, and continue like that. Hope that helps! Answered by Obi
