I had mine over 2 years I can't see having a rear suspension, having it in rear it would be cutting grass uneven don't forget it's a mower I must say so far great and no belts to screw with

Fyi, if you bought a raven, and are mechanically/electronically inclined, you can keep it running as i have. Im 5 years in with an issue per year but still mowing. The company is gone now. Sorry about our luck.

They are listed on Amazon, around $1800 without the mowing deck. I was told the new deck will be available after the first of the year, but no price on the deck as of yet.

Bought one from DR and started having trouble the engine was smoking with less than 50 hrs and DR gave me the run around stated they couldn’t figure the logistics of picking it up I was stuck with a 3000.00 Dud I will never purchase anything from DR again!

Articulation has been something many companies have considered, down side are the patents that lock others out from investigating this as an option. JDALSystems, Mowers have solid rear axle setups to have a quality cut. If they had an independent suspension setup the quality of cutting is sacrificed.

+Derek Fricke Don't know if it's patented but from the hip, I can see having the deck on its own adjustable-height wheels and just let it float relative to the chassis. Even better if there were 2 decks hinged in the center but setup like this. That would let you add rear suspension.

You had me hooked until i see that there is no rear suspension. Why someone does not make a mower like a golf cart ride I'll never know.

There are no lawn mowers with rear suspension.

I bought a Raven MPV last summer. I had to contact them about my battery not holding a charge. After several emails I was told they could replace it. After that, they completely stopped communicating with me. I am left with a lawn mower that can't mow my lawn and needs repairs. It is still under warranty, but they have chosen to ignore me and my problem. Will NEVER buy from them again.

Hopefully they will get back to you. I bought a Raven MPV 7100 last summer and had a few issues. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. However, I've emailed them here recently and they have either taken weeks to respond or not responded at all.

I have an update: I now have my first real issue. The mower won't go forward or reverse while engine is running. I've tried calling the support number from their site to no luck. I've now been on hold for close to an hour without ever hearing from a real person!

No, don't ever say it's a recreational vehicle ever again because it's not it's a POS hybrid ATV lawnmower if I'm gonna get something, I'm gonna get something that's not like that at all. I like to have my toys separate from each other.
