That’s why there are songwriters and there are performers. Rarely it’s both in one person. Songwriters are weird people (in a good way, in my opinion) and they don’t want all this attention. Even when they think they do then they get depressed and bad things happen later in life. Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse, etc. kinda things.
