Pretty sure I know the Forest Preserve they are talking about in the story set in Chicago, where I grew up. (Not giving the exact name. ISorry if this sounds meladramatic but I will not be responsible for people going there). If it is the place I am thinking of the bodies of the Grimes Sisters who disappeared in the 1950's were found in the area also. I was a stone skeptic until I went there with friends. That place shook a lot of my core beliefs and left me much, much more open minded. While a very active site I suggest staying well away from it. What is there is dangerous, in every sense of the word.

The people at the camp site by the beach and the strange girl hideing behind the building doing strange body movements and diping off on the side of the building I think this girl they seen was probably back there smoking crystal meth that would explain the cagey strange movements and she probably went down to that building to get away from the camp site so either A. Her family or friends wouldn't know that she was getting high or B. There wasn't much drugs left so she was hideing so she didn't have to share with her boyfriend or friends. I really think that's what it was. The cartoon like body movements yea I'm pretty shore that's what was going on
