A summary of her thoughts on black face accusations starting around 35:00: Raven justifies doing black face by simply confirming she does black face knowingly. Not only does she tan regularly and sometimes multiple times a day, but also confirms she wears clothing and hair that makes her appear darker than her already deepened skin tone. Then she proceeds to tell a story about her main inspiration being a black woman, Dionne Warwick. Early in her career, she intentionally purchased foundation to make herself look at darker to "pay tribute and impersonate" Dionne. By definition, that is black face. She flat out says she bought darker foundations to do black face. She says her roommate at the time advised that she was doing black face, and Raven just did not agree, but she took off the makeup and "never tried it again." She also confirms she's worn afros. She pointed directly at Monet and says, "If I was doing black face, I would do THIS." (In reference to Monet's skin tone.) She says her look is natural from tanning and does not equate tanning to look darker as black face. She says that people who accuse her of doing black face don't understand "intent." She says apologizing is admitting guilt and speaks on cancel culture. I genuinely don't understand why she gets a pass.

I think we need to have a conversation around how blackface is more than painting darker skin. I think it extends to the lip fillers, the bbl, the hair and yes of course the wanting to be darker. Rachel Doezal tanned herself(much less extreme than Raven), wore Afro wigs, and told everyone she was black. The only thing Raven doesn't do is the third part. I wouldn't care at all if Raven did everything in less excessive amounts, but in such extremes all together, it's just weird. Also, fake tanning is going to give her skin cancer, so her doing it just to have darker skin is a huge no. Nobody needs to fake tan, it's dangerous.
