The problems in the secondary are mostly scheme related other than that glaring missed assignment. I think adjustments that needed to be made just haven't been. An adjustment needed to be made to deal with how Andy Reid exploited our LB's with those slants, for example. Also, MacDonald was great at presenting one look and then shifting as the play started, whereas with Orr, it's what you see is what you get. Orr is a brand new DC, and hopefully, he grows into the role. MacDonald struggled early last year, but after that, he was outstanding.

2nd best (mahomes is #1) until he goes to the big dance... He has the most potential tho but as a dual threat his window is a lot smaller than a pocket passer so I'm hoping we get better coaches and actually get over that hump

N I still think the O line is the biggest weakness. Lamar needs time to do anything. If Lamar and the offense can score like last year, we'll be good

Our secondary is not as bad as people say….nobody adds context…we have only allowed 1 deep pass and that was the miscommunication TD pass to Xavier worthy….refs have kept certain drives alive and we gotta be better in 3rd down 💯we gonna be very fine

No, in fact the defense has not played poorly. BAD COACHING on the OFFENSIVE side of the ball. Head Coach has to make some decisions. The right side of the O -line needs to be a complete overhaul. In Ben Cleveland and Rosenguard. Out Daniel Faalele, and Patrick Mekari. Whatever it is Cleveland is a NEEDED upgrade, Harbaugh kiss and makup. Faalele not ready for this level at any position. Mekari is capable of playing different possions, none of them well. Our schedule doesn't allow the team to be this dysfunctional, coach Harbaugh you're RUNNING out of time. NOT HAPPY

They played poorly against the Raiders in the second half. They gave up 300 yards passing alone on the second half. The main problem is the o line for sure but the defense in the second half against the Raiders didn’t help matters any.

Lamar is my favorite player in the NFL BUT I feel he played WAY better when he wasn’t so skinny!! I think he was way more consistent with running and scrambling more energetic in every aspect of the game when he was at his normal weight!!! And I’m being honest cuz he is my favorite athlete in the NFL!!!

The fact you think the secondary is the biggest weakness makes me question your legitimacy. If you don't see the right side of the OL as the most glaring weakness I don't know what to tell you. There's too much talent on that secondary for it to continue being a problem but we are talent deficient on the OL. EDC needs to be making moves like yesterday to upgrade the RG spot.
