Ravensburger & Thrift Store Puzzle Haul

Have you found any good thrift store puzzles? Do you like/have you tried any of the Villainous puzzle line by Ravensburger?

Super hit or miss with Goodwill puzzles-at my GW, they are all 4.99 and up even the $1 Store puzzles! 😂 I don’t purchase any Ravensburger puzzles from their website-terrible customer service. Love many of their puzzles, so I purchased from other puzzle sources.

I didn't grow up watching "Rudolph" but I would have still picked up the puzzle because its a HOOOOLIDAAAAY PUZZLEEEE 🙌🏻😅!

Great haul! I would definitely grab that Rudolph puzzle. I grew up watching it as a child in the 60s!

This was a really nice haul. I haven't been to my thrift store lately because last time I was kind of disappointed. Not like I need any more puzzles. LOL i really like the image on the 300 piece Ravensburger. I love the Villainous puzzles. I only have 3. I have Maleficent, Queen of Hearts, and Lady Tremaine. Looked like your pups were having fun in the grass. Thanks for sharing.

Lol you weren’t kidding when you said you were adding to your villainous collection 🤣🤣 idk if I could commit to purchasing 4 at once, but I can understand since they were on sale 😅 I do own one other villainous puzzle that I haven’t done yet and I do kinda want to buy the mother gothel one (cause she’s one of my favorites), so I hope to hear your thoughts on that one soon! And great finds at goodwill!

Thank you! That Mother Gothel One is going to be hard! That will definitely need to be a …. have it out and work on it for a while Puzzle… I keep a list of the ones I want and the order I want them. Hence why Hades was next on my list. I also already have Rattigan it was next up on my villainous “to do” list. I can’t do them in a row because they are dark and similar in style but I like throwing them in the rotation for some fun.

You certainly like your villainous series. I'm sure you will enjoy doing them even if some of them look a little hard to do. One would hope that in a four pack puzzle none of the pieces are loose. Nightmare to sort out if they were. I had a double Ravensburger jigsaw and the seller hadn't sealed the bags properly. I had to do both jigsaws in tandem in order to sort it all out.

Great finds, i also had the chance to browse some thrift stores, while on holiday in Denmark. (Getting them into an already full car was a lot of fun😅) I look forward to your videos on your new puzzles. Love this! We just did Hades and it was pretty dark but ok to do. The only other puzzles from this line that we have are Scar and Killmonger

The Villainous puzzles can be a bit tricky. I've only done Cruella and Lady Tremaine. I'm not sure if I want to do them again, although spooky season would be the time to do it!

Oh really? I liked Lady Tremaine, the piano was a bit tricky at the end but I enjoyed the puzzle.

I was in a charity shop the other day. They had loads of puzzles and a couple of new ones. There weren’t any I liked sadly. One of them was £6. Yes pretty cheap, but so expensive compared to yours. I’m actually not a fan of Disney puzzles. I’m not sure why because I love Disney. 😂 Can I ask are your Goodwill and thrift stores for charity or are they just second hand stuff? All second hand shops as far I know in the UK are for different charities.

They can be for both I think, usually for a good cause though. Where I lived before there was one I liked that gave back to the women’s shelter. It’s so interesting how different places can vary so much in prices and availability as well. I like a mix of both Disney and other puzzles too, that’s interesting for you liking Disney but not the puzzles 🧩 Also hello from across the pond puzzle friend!
