Sir, I am getting the error message as "ParseError at [row,col]:[1,1] Message: Content is not allowed in prolog. ParseError at [row,col]:[1,1] Message: Content is not allowed in prolog." while running the soap request in katalon 8.6.8 version 208 build. Please provide the solution for to fix this issue.

I'm getting the same error message. Did you ever get this fixed?

You have to click 'Load new Content' after 'Load Service Function'. Then select CountryCurrency als Service function. That solves the problem. The underlying problem is that SOAP is fixed and has to be exactly like defined in the WSDL. If not, you will get error messages.
