Hi Vani, Katalon is a free tool and lot of small/medium organizations use Katalon. Tosca is a costly license tool, however it is being widely used by bigger organizations these days. Hope this clarifies

Yes, it's free with limited options. But, to use this tool we need to buy license. The license is $1,689 per License per Year. An advanced, powerful, and scalable solution for businesses of any size.
