This was Good, BUT you made 1 Mistake, You DID NOT Press around the filling to seal & release the air, there by standing a chance of your Ravioli blowing up in the Boiling water, and loosing your Filling to the Boiling water!!

Usually it's 3 eggs and about 2 cups of flour or semolina
