I drove a RAVO and this is kinda typical in my town. Usually we have a front end loader to collect large piles like that, and I come in afterwards

An ELGIN PELICAN could've ATE this entire pile in a single pass. Also a Mexican besom broom could have been aggressively used to move all those leaves with no sweat!

passenger shouldve gotten his ass out there with a rake and pushed all the leaves back off the curb.
