Scratchcards are only designed to make profit for the operator I brought 10 £1 scratchcards in a row once not one was a winner and with the amount they print the ods of winning the jackpot especially in the £1 million top prize one is 5 miion to 1 as they print millions of these and there are only 4 or 5 top prizes so ods of finding the jackpot are astranomical people are addicted to these and spend all there money on it and when they win £5 they but more and lose there winnings so the lottery get there money back
