Rode my Goldwing 70 miles to see it at a 30 minute stop in Spring on Monday. First time ever in my 64 years to see a steam engine. Glad it was the biggest and baddest. When you're standing 10 feet away and he lays on that horn it makes all the trouble of getting there completely worth it. There was a 100 year old guy there who said he was a mechanic on it when he was 17.

Always great to see these magnificent machines run without any help.

Awesome as always. They put a state flag on the port side at the front of whatever state 4014 is in, at the time. I think that is neat! And always the American Flag!
