People often confuse casting with acting. Anyone can be the best at a specific role, because that's the role of the caster, to actually put the right person to act the specific role. The actor is a person that tries his or her best to live up to the casting. Arnold is someone you write a role for, not someone that can play just any role. Good actors have a range, good casters know who to put in specific roles. Arnold isn't a particularly good actor, but he's excellent to cast for a specific kind of role.
