Hey! I just saw a video from 8/21 where you are behind a shed showing your psoriasis with your shirt off and legs. You look much healthier skin wise here. Are you on steroidal drugs or something or did you find something that helped. In the 2021 video, it was covering most of your body...just curious what helped you out.

I'm currently on Taltz I'm in the maintenance phase I inject every 4 weeks Nothing diet wise has helped If I stopped medication it would come back Thanks for watching :P

What kind of food you eat to overcome psoriasis

I mean good fat (like avocado) is good for skin and you can see if avoiding gluten helps, but medication is the only thing that clears it for me... unfortunately.
