I feel like my situation will be a bit difficult . Last August i had an incident at my residence due to a missng piece of concrete steps . Ive been on ssdi sonce 2016. Unfortunately my pre existing conditions got worst then later in sept i recived a letter from the social security that i had to attend a IME examination i went had my physical and report came bsck that im still disabled will that cause amy issues in my claim ?

Arkady, is pain steroid injections the same amount like on the epidural ones no matter where at on the body? Tia!

I don’t think so from what I was told the injections at the pt are muscular while the epidural ones are much deeper and are done under fluoroscopy

I did my deposition and now the defense wants me to see there doctors does this mean they want to go to trail?
