Hey Mr. Frekht, I *APPRECIATE* your story strategy approach when it comes to trial. I haven't heard that before. This brings me to a question. What if a person had an accident, received medical care, had a surgery or two and is awaiting trial. However, they *DON'T* really have friends or people who are aware of their *conditioon* and or situation. They *DON'T* interact with their family like that. They have hobbies but their current condition *DOESN'T* really *IMPACT* their *day-to-day* life. They *DON'T* work but they’re attending school. They live with a friend that they *DON'T* want to know about their situation. *how can you tell a story like that in trial?*

Thank you for watching ! It can still be settled without a trial in federal court. The main difference is federal court is more strict and sticks to deadlines more than state court plus jury verdicts are usually lower in federal but it depends on the case

Hey how much compensation I could get for a distal fracture fibula fall coming out a supermarket and trip with a screw in the floor and broke my fibula I loss my work It got jeopardize because of the injury I got surgery to but I won't take them out because am traumatized for the surgery and the insurance company it's up to 1 million dollars wish to know how much I could get ????
