I think the skool communities are a phase because most. of them won't be able to sustain value to make a monthly sub worth it. Communities are actually really difficult to run and take a long term strategy that incentivizes people to stay, and most won't do that or do it the right way. The monthly sub model is also a pain in the ass because its yet ANOTHER sub we have to keep track of, which makes it easily disposable as well. Need to cut costs? Subs are the first to go and churn is crazy high
