I ordered this guitar from procraft India. And recieved a guitar with manufacturing defect, the 12th fret of the guitar seemed to be placed and then changed to be a few millimetres back. So there are marks and scratches showing that the guitar is repaired.. so now i don't know what to do.. probably not gonna order again from their site.

Hi vishal ... have you gotten in touch with our support team ? can you please email the same on [e-mail] , i am sure the after sales team will help you out and sort this out. We check and set up each guitar before dispatch and we do not sell manufacturing defect pieces ahead to customers. In fact we still haven't set up our refurbished section for sales. please do share an unboxing video along with your order no when you email us.

hi vishal please get in touch with us on [e-mail] and also share the unboxing video so our team can help you out. our team checks every guitar before dispatch and we do not repair and send anything. if there is a genuine issue our team will look into it and also inform the brand of the same.
