I love seeing how Luke pushes Tom. For me, training with my older brother is very similar. He's always pushing me to dig that bit deeper than I think I can, drive for that extra rep when I think I'm running on empty, pushing that bit harder than I think I can. It's amazing having that sort of person in my corner helping me train. The sort of training partner everyone deserves

I agree with your synapses of religions Luke. I dont think it matters what you call it or where you go to "worship". Luke, holding my daughter when she was quite litterally just born, is the best ,most emotional experience. Nothing else has ever come close. I changed jobs when she was born just so that I could spend more time with her,and 24 years later, she lives with me, we are so close still. Being a father (parent) is the greatest privilege, never take it for granted, every day is a gift-make the most of it. Your thoughts about our creator are positive thoughts, keep them close, keep your boy closer. You're looking sharper physically, and obviousley working on your mental health too.They go hand in hand. Tom's going to dominate, but you can get yourself regular podiums, believe, believe in yourself, believe in your brother,believe in your wife,believe in your boy,believe in your creator in what ever name you wish to use.But mostley, believe in yourself.

It's a great little play I did that lot with my daughter before she was born, gives you an extra bit of bonding.
