Since China stopped taking recycle I’ve seen a lot of fires at recycling plants.

Someone threw a lit blunt without extinguishing it, bad move. now the whole city is high on fumes (not the good kind either).

It seems every other day one of these catches on fire, you might as well build an incinerator. At least with an incinerator you can make electricity, these recycling centers are are a waste of time and money, for the most part the material is being burned instead of getting recycled.
