He did kill someone, didn't he? So why won't they have him in shackles? I'm sure it's not the first time you are seeing a defendant in shackles, only you want this time to be different.

Disparities in Justice: Analyzing the Treatment of Mangione and Bryan Kohberger 0:15 Two such cases, involving Mangione in New York and Pennsylvania, and Bryan Kohberger, highlight potential inconsistencies in how justice is administered, raising questions about equity and fairness. Bryan Kohberger, who was accused of killing four students, reportedly received what some perceive as preferential treatment while in custody. Reports suggest that he had access to amenities like television and a computer, raising questions about whether such treatment is appropriate for someone accused of such grave status. In the meantime Mangione who killed a billionaire is being treated like an animal. The case drew considerable attention not only due to the status of the victim but also because of the swift and severe legal actions taken against Mangione. The incident sparked debates about whether the victim's wealth influenced the judicial process and the severity of the charges.😮😮

In KFA’s own words… if you don’t have a case, go for the procedure and that’s exactly what is happening here. The evidence against Luigi is overwhelming and he is far from being insane so the only defense that remains is getting him off on technicalities around procedures followed and that he can’t get a fair trial. Poor poor ping Pong ball 🤷🏻♀️

It's essential to view anyone accused of a crime, as innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He pleaded Not Guilty, so now the burden of proof of the crime lays with the prosecution - as it should be. If he's guilty, let them prove it. If you were in his shoes, you'd want the same. It's very VERY easy to look at a still from a clip, a clip of a CCTV tape with no visible face, and assume that we definitely know who did it, that we definitely know the whole story. I was on a jury once for a medical malpractice case, and it's amazing how you can go into it having an opinion about who's guilty or innocent, then see your view change completely based on the evidence presented. THIS is why our justice system runs like this, and often (but not always) works, and why we are damn LUCKY to be Americans living in America. So many other countries (like Russia, China, North Korea, Philippines and other similar countries) do not have this right, and people simply accused of things, or who the public thinks is guilty can go to prison and even face death. This case and others where the accused are highly supported by the people, show that despite the possibility that he could be guilty, people view this, and humans in general as not black and white, right and wrong. There are many layers and sides to every person. And even if someone does something "wrong" it doesn't necessarily make them evil or a villain. If Mangione is guilty, he would fall under the rarely used title of "anti-villain", which is why he has so much support. That, and the fact that he's not yet been proven guilty of any crime. Let the prosecution bring their evidence. That's their job if they're going to accuse him.
