This guy is not pretending he is somebody else than him - just a true musician not wanting to be applauded for the sake of popularity. Very true, humble musician, who speaks out his soul. This is virtue by itself! As for me, all his perfomances are equivalents of reading best philosofical books - be Yourself, be, don't rush, be laid back, don't follow stupid "trends". Keb'mo is one of a kind : great personality, excellent musicianship and charisma not from the popular YT channels but from His real achievment! He is kind of guy who have so much love to the people like Louis Armstrong in his "What a Wonderful World".
