For me it's not so much that he hates to lose, it's that he loves the sport for the sake of the sport. I don't regularly watch NASCAR at all, I do like to drive it in sim racing, but it's not like Formula E that I actually avidly follow. But when I do watch NASCAR I root for Kyle because he genuinely cares about the sport. Also as a Dutchman I approve of his not beating around the bush.

Notice nobody wants to admit, NASCAR gave Chevy a torque engine package for the 2008 chase. Kyle won 8 regular season races that year with the Toyota. Then made restrictions on the Toyota package for 2009. That torque engine package dominated NASCAR for 5 years.

As someone who didn't like KB mainly for his attitude, I can say for certain he's gotten my respect over the years especially after he won the championship in 2015 after his legs broke. My little sister is a KB fan mainly cause he drove the M&M car before he went to RCR and every now and then I'll joke to her that he'll wreck. But for sure Nascar needs someone like him in today's racing who isn't afraid to speak their mind even if there are consequences. You can see it how there are more fans cheering for him now than ever before after he made the switch to RCR.

Love Kyle because of the m&m's car as a kid, but continue to love him with his passion and rowdiness. I remember during 2013-2014 with Brad being his no.1 rivalry, Brad fans always shut me up with the 1>0. That makes the 2015 championship so important because I can finally fight back. Then they started to say that champ wasn't legit. So I'm even more glad he got his 2nd in 2019. This man may not ever make it to a 7 times champ, but he will always be the GOAT in my opinion. Tbh he doesn't really have a lot of luck when he needs it. He has lots of unlucky moment looking into his career, such as multiple Daytona 500 wrecks, being wrecked by a not-braking Austin Dillon in 2014 at dega causing him the exit of the Chase, etc. The struggle he has with winning a Daytona 500 reminds me of Dale Sr. With this man being the closest figure resembling Dale Sr. I really hope he gets his Daytona 500 win on 2025, just to see another twenty years of trying, twenty years of frustration being ended. I have so much love and passion for this man that I feel like I can write a whole book about him. All his milestone, highlights, such as how amazing he was during the 2012 Budshootout, one of the most amazing performance you can see as a driver.

I think there were two big factors there. 1. Kyle gave fans hope that RCR would be relevant again after years of watching Austin Dillon in the 3. 2. I used to really hate Kyle Busch. Nowadays I'm neutral to him after seeing Denny Hamlin's actions starting at the 2021 fall Martinsville race

I've been a KB fan for 10 years this bristol weekend, my grandpa was a CC for JD motorsports, and he took me to the drivers meeting. He asked me before if I wanted to meet Brad or Carl but I said no. I asked to meet Kyle and he took me over. Kyle said fi we won the race I got to go to victory lane, I still have the picture with him in VL.

The best way I can describe Kyle Busch, is he's the real life equivalent to Chick Hicks.

I like him. He talks truth and definitely has the wins and driving skill to show for it. He talks crap but hey he is one of the best in the sport

Honestly I've loved Kyle since the first time I watched him in the Trucks. I love the fact he's driving for the man who beat his ass and it was Austin who talked both of them into it

He is honest and one of those closer to the older school of actual racing car drivers as opposed to salesmen in jumpsuits but dude also needs to calm his ego a bit it would actually do him a world of good considering the greatest in most sports lack hyper inflated egos that actively hold them back just as an example look at someone like Rocky Marciano the only ever undefeated heavyweight champion in boxing history

With Harvick retiring it's Hamlin's and Busch's show. I'm not saying Elliott and the youngsters aren't the future but the veterans can't be written off.

When my last favorite driver retired Jeff Gordon I started to like Kyle Busch just because I felt he was a good racer that people just got pissy because he over reacted a couple times, and doesn’t like interviews after losing idk about y’all but that just sounds human to me and I would probably be similar with how stupid some questions asked are sometimes
